Jackie Ng is a 56-year-old Chinese female from Malaysia. She was diagnosed with brain tumor in 1998. Two brain surgeries and a series of complications caused her to live with paralysis. Her fortitude, she struggled through depression and disability, and managed to rejoin the society. She published a short medical memoir Rising and a Chinese version 窗外有蓝天 during the high of Covid-19 pandemic
。This new book is an in-depth healing narrative of her journey with brain tumor. The author is hoping ‘Lemonade’ touches the readers’ heart and readers would be able to appreciate this uplifting book and be inspired and motivated. At the same time the author wishes to create awareness about brain tumor, inspire and motivate readers with my fighting spirit and give hope to everybody who might be affected by this brain tumor name meningioma.
Born Ng Ah Keat in a small Chinese village in Malaysia in 1966. Obtained a bachelor in Economics with honors from National University of Malaysia. Work as operations executive and then merchandising department in the retail industry, before retiring on medical grounds.
